It also seeks to qualify specialized scientific expertise in advanced optical technologies and to be a key contributor to achieving sustainable development goals by developing innovative technological solutions in the fields of energy, medicine, communications, and the environment, thus contributing to building a knowledge-based society and improving the quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Mission:<\/strong><br>To create a dynamic environment that fosters research excellence and innovation in the fields of lasers, spectral measurements, and nanophotonics.
