As part of the University of Al-Hamdaniya’s efforts to enhance its global ranking and encourage publication in reputable academic journals, a research team from the Department of Sensing and Nanophotonics achieved a new scientific milestone by publishing a research paper in the Dutch journal Change Climatic, published by Springer Nature.
The study was authored by Assistant Professor Dr. Asaad Ahmed Al-Hussein, Assistant Lecturer Safaa Ahmed Khalil, and Assistant Lecturer Bushra Mohammed Ali. The journal is classified within the first quartile (Q1) and indexed in Scopus and Clarivate databases, with a CiteScore of 9.8 and an Impact Factor of 4.8.
