Under the patronage of the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Sliwa, and under the supervision of the Director of the Laser and Photonics Center, Professor Mona Youhanna Sliwa, the Laser and Photonics Center, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a workshop entitled “Academic Ethics in Confronting Corruption: Plagiarism and the Purchase of Research as a Model”. The workshop was held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
The workshop was delivered by Professor Mona Youhanna Sliwa, Director of the Laser and Photonics Center, and Assistant Professor Asaad Ahmed Miqdad, Head of the Department of Sensing and Nanophotonics, with the participation of a number of faculty members and staff.
